FlySafe expresses its commitment to the protection of privacy and data by adopting the following principles: use of personal data in a lawful and transparent manner; collection of strictly necessary personal data and only for legitimate purposes such as order processing and communication with customers, processing information requests and complaints, statistical analysis and direct marketing; confidentiality of all data provided.
In the scope of the customer’s data management, they will only be transmitted to third parties such as shipping companies, with the unique purpose to deliver the products purchased by the customer.
The customer expressly authorizes FlySafe to send information about products and services that may be of interest, using his/her personal data for the purposes of direct marketing through electronic mail.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with the FlySafe Canopy School, at the FlySafe Skydiving Shop, hereinafter referred to as “FlySafe Shop”.
By using the website www.flysafe.fun, and / or placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions here included. Make sure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
FlySafe Shop reserves the right to change these conditions of use and contracting without prior notice, all changes will be published on the website www.flysafe.fun.
The inclusion of any products or services on www.flysafe.fun at any given time does not imply nor guarantees that those same products or services are always available. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
FlySafe Shop reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
In the event of a stockout, your order will be partially or totally canceled, with the right to a refund of the respective amount paid, within up to 8 working days after the date of requesting the refund, or the date before the unavailability of the article(s).
FlySafe Shop is not responsible for indirect losses that might be a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example, for failure to deliver the items or to fulfill any mandatory obligation in these Terms, when that failure is due to a situation that is out of our control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, storm, riot.
FlySafe Shop reserves the right to refuse service.
FlySafe Canopy School retains all intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, at www.flysafe.fun. Any use of www.flysafe.fun or its contents, including copying or storing all or part of such content, for purposes other than the client’s personal and non-commercial use, is prohibited without the authorization of FlySafe.
SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
Shipping Terms
The prices shown at www.flysafe.fun include VAT, but do not include shipping. Shipping costs will apply during the order process.
The orders shipped to non-European Union companies (i.e., Switzerland, Norway, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, USA, Canada, Australia, Brazil, UAE, etc.) are applicable to TAX FREE purchases but may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over government-imposed charges. Please contact your local customs office for information.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for five days after the arrival, before they return it to the sender. We do not refund shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at custom.
Ordering process

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If, for any reason, we are unable to complete your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received the payment due for that order, we will refund it for the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.
Shipping
FlySafe only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment, so FlySafe cannot guarantee the availability of items until processing begins.
The estimated delivery time for our products in stock is 24h to 48h. Items out of stock will be ordered from suppliers. More information contact shop@flysafe.fun.
FlySafe only dispatches on weekdays. In this way, neither weekends nor holidays are counted for the estimated shipping of orders. Any delay in the shipment of items, given the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation.
Order Cancellation and Returns
FlySafe guarantees a full refund, except for custom-made orders, returning your order within 30 days of receiving the ordered items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. This means that the articles must not have been damaged, dirty, washed, altered or used and that all labels must be intact.
In the event that the information presented does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the Customer has the right to cancel the order under the applicable legal terms.
Payment methods
To make purchases through the website www.flysafe.fun we suggest you register as a Customer by filling out the form available online. Once registered, simply add the items to the shopping basket.
You can pay for your order through various means. If you want to pay directly on the website, you can use your PayPal account. For other payment methods such as credit / debit card (VISA, Maestro or Mastercard), MBWay or bank transfer, please contact us.
You must follow all the steps of the purchase so that it is successfully completed.
The validation of the purchase order assumes that the Customer has taken note of and accepts the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the website www.flysafe.fun
